Romford 0-5 Aveley
From Ship Lane

AVELEY bounced back from defeat on Saturday to crush Romford in impressive fashion tonight.
Braces from Liam Nash and Billy Holland helped the Millers to a 5-0 win over the Boro, with an own goal adding to their misery.
Holland could have opened the scoring after just five minutes but his effort was disallowed for offside.
Matt Frew put through his own net to open the scoring, after a cross from Lee Prescott was nodded into his own net by the defender.
Millers goalkeeper James Marrable denied Luke Stanley and Nash took advantage up the other end, volleying home.
Holland got his first on the hour mark, profiting after some terrific work from Paul Preston and 60 seconds later it got even better.
Frew was skinned for pace and Nash crashed home a powerful effort.
Danny Cossington hit the post and Nick Reynolds missed a sitter soon after.
And Aveley saved the best until last, with Holland hitting home from range in style.
Romford should have got on the score sheet late on but it wasn’t to be.
Aveley: Marrable, Preston, Deen, Dicks, Baker, Okwera, Nash, Holland (Allarakia), Prescott (Peagram), Seymour, Retkoceri (Ashman)
