ATHLETICS: THURROCK Harrier Alex Houghton proved his sprinting skills at the St Clares Hospice 10K which attracted more than 400 entrants on Sunday.
The borough runner was part of an impressive Harriers team at the event to the south east of the M11 at Harlow.
Harriers provided both the mens and womens individual winners and took both the team prizes.
