FORMER Grays Athletic manager Andy King has passed away after he suffered a heart attack.
The ex-Blues boss and Everton legend died on Wednesday at home, aged 58, after a long a successful career in football.
King also played for Queen’s Park Rangers and Luton Town, and managed at Swindon and Mansfield Town before a short stint as Grays chief between November 2006 and January 2007.
A statement on the Grays website said: "The club are saddened to hear of the passing of former Grays Athletic manager Andy King. Everyone involved with the club would like to send our condolences to Andy's family and our thoughts are with his family and friends at this difficult time."
