GYMNASTICS: GYMNAST Joe Harris reached new heights when a tougher routine earned him victory at the first national trampoline gala of the year.
The 13-year-old King John School pupil from Thundersley won the National C Under-15 south-east event at Gillingham.
And he was nearly five points clear of his nearest rival to win his first national gala, much to the delight of his coach, Graham Parker.
