AFTER the singing of Jerusalem the minutes of the May meeting were read by president Janet Church.
The visit to the Olympic site had been a success and also our cake bake had raise much-needed funds.
Members were reminded of the Garden Party and the trip to Maldon on July 14 as well as the Chadwell Strawberry Tea on the afternoon of July 6. The meeting was then given over to the many craft displays and demonstrations from so many talented people.
The next meeting is on July 6 in the Village Hall at 7.30pm when Francis Harper’s subject will be microwave cookery. Visitors are most welcome.
