PALMER’S college held its first ever Sports Award Evening last night.
The event, held at the Orsett Hall, was attended by sports students, sponsors and teaching staff and saw 21 students pick up awards for sporting prowess.
Guests also enjoyed a meal and disco after the ceremony.
Mark Vinall, Principal and presenter of the evening said: "There is a wealth of sporting talent at Palmer's College and this inaugural Sports Award Evening was a wonderful start to what I hope will be a prestigious annual event."
