IMPULSE Leisure’s Corringham club has achieved the Quest award for the third successive year.

Corringham now has "Quest Highly Commended" status.

Quest is an accreditation for the Leisure industry, clubs are assessed every two years with a two day assessment.

The assessment is of all areas of the centre, from cleanliness, health and safety, customer care and feedback, marketing and pricing, plus many more, with each area being marked out of 10.

To qualify for the Quest accreditation a score above 60 per cent needs to be reached and maintained as a mystery visit takes place between 12 and 18 months later.

Impulse Leisure spokesman Ben Leeson, said: "Corringham’s score of 75 per cent is fantastic, and holding the Quest award since 2005 is even more impressive.

"On the individual criteria Corringham scored nearly full marks on a number of issues including, equipment, customer care, marketing and pricing, reception and administration, staff supervision, people management, and finance and IT.

Both our Blackshots and Belhus centres are Quest accredited and also hold great scores of 73% so it’s a full house for Impulse Leisure."
