LOCAL family history expert Meryl Catty will be on hand to give advice at a Family History Quest' day on Saturday, February 9 at the Thameside Complex, Orsett Road, Grays from 10am to 4pm.
"Thurrock libraries has a wide range of books and electronic resources available to make your family history more accessible", said councillor Gareth Davies, Cabinet Portfolio Holder for Business, Culture, Leisure and Central Services.
"Tracing your family history is a popular pastime and this is an ideal event to get you started on researching your family history".
