A charity that provides care for children with life-limiting conditions has received a donation of £1,500 from the Amazon fulfilment centre in Tilbury.
Little Havens Hospice supports children and young people up to age 19, and their families, from across Essex.
Members of the Amazon charity committee visited Little Havens Hospice to find out more about the charity and how it’s supporting families in the community.
Amazon Tilbury general manager Prajvin Prakash, said: “Little Havens Hospice is an amazing charity, made up of a fantastic team of staff that does so much for the local community.
“The team offers invaluable support and we’re happy to lend a helping hand. We were so impressed with the facilities during our visit and it’s great to know the money is going towards such a worthwhile cause.”
