A Corringham dancer collected three 1st place trophies at an international Ballroom competition in Malta last weekend.
Rosie Ward, 26, of Fobbing Road, sweeped up a host of awards during the competition.
The event held in Valletta, capital of Malta, awarded Rosie and her dance partner, Argo Oblikas top marks in each of the five dances - Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot and quicksteps.
Rosie said: “It was a privilege to be invited to compete in such a beautiful country like Malta – but it was made extra special by lifting the trophies and bringing them back home.”
Rosie is in hot demand and is performing in Westcliff’s Cliffs Pavilion ‘Crazy for Gershwin’ show for one night only this Saturday (14 April).
