ASPIRING gardeners can learn how to maximise their garden at a course in Grays.
Essex Wildlife Trust will be hosting a gardening course on Saturday, June 17 from 10am until 3pm at Chafford Gorges Nature Park Visitor Centre, in Chafford Hundred, Grays.
It will cover basic garden designs and how to maximise the layouts of your garden, as well features that can be installed such as miniature stag beetle stumpery, willow obelisks, willow fence, butterfly feeder, bird and bat boxes and much more.
Different species of plants and materials gardeners can use to encourage wildlife will also be covered.
A guided walk around the nature reserve looking at different habitats, trees and wildflowers.
The centre requests a donation of £30 per person, and booking is essential.
