HUNDREDS of homes, new shops, cafes and a doctors surgery could be built in Thurrock if the council agrees a plans for a huge development.
A planning application to Thurrock Council for a mixed use development to provide 203 homes, landscaping, car/cycle parking, commercial units at 370sq.m, and a doctor’s surgery at 280sq.m The application is for land to rear and north of Bannatynes Sports Centre, Howard Road, Chafford Hundred.
The proposed development is set to be discussed at a Thurrock Council planning meeting on Thursday February 23.
