Concern over missing siblings

POLICE are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of two sisters missing from their home in Grays.

Inderjit Kaur, 12, and Harpreet Kaur, 14, were last seen together at their home at 7pm on Sunday, August 31.

Police are now appealing to the public and any of their friends to call officers if they have any information about their whereabouts.

Enquiries are being carried out in the Grays area and also in the Forest Gate area in London, where the sisters are known to have friends.

Inderjit is described as Asian, of slim build with shoulder-length dark hair and around 5 ft 2 ins tall. She was last seen wearing a pink jumper and black trainers.

Harpreet is described as Asian, of slim build with dark shoulder-length hair which is possibly tied back and around 5 ft tall. She was last seen wearing grey jeans with a yellow cardigan and black trainers.
