CROWDS lined the streets of Stanford-le-Hope and Corringham for the annual carnival.

There was plenty of colour, dancing and music as the procession made its way from Park Road, Corringham, to the Billet Field, in Stanford-le-Hope. There, a giant craft fair and entertainment for youngsters took place.

More than £2,490 was raised for Great Ormond Street Hospital, £975 of which was raised through street collections.
