TWO brothers accused of murdering a man outside a nightclub in Grays are pleading not guilty to the charge.
Owen and Ryan Wood, both of Godman Road, Grays, appeared before Judge Christopher Ball QC at Chelmsford Crown Court on Monday morning, speaking only to confirm their names and deny the joint charge of murdering Liam Holden, pictured.
Liam, who was 35, sustained serious head injuries outside the Euro Lounge club in the early hours of Sunday, March 10. He was taken to hospital, but could not be saved.
Owen, 23, and Ryan, his younger brother, 21, were remanded in custody and will face trial in Chelmsford on September 16.
