BOOK your pantomime tickets early this year and save cash with the Thameside Theatre.
This year’s panto is Jack and the Beanstalk and it will be running 53 performances between Friday, December 6, and Sunday, January 5, at the theatre in Orsett Road, Grays.
The event is being staged by Polka Dot Pantomimes, ably assisted by Thurrock Council.
Families can cheer hero Jack on his magical journey to Giant Blunderbore’s castle in the sky as he takes on the evil Poison Ivy.
Last year’s production of Cinderella was a huge success and this year will see new scenery, new costumes, new faces in the cast and plenty of audience participation.
Tickets for Jack and the Beanstalk are already selling well. If you reserve and pay by 5pm on Tuesday, October 8, you save up to £3 per ticket. A 25 per cent deposit is payable within four days of making the reservation.
To book tickets, call 0845 300 5264 or pop along to the theatre and book your tickets at the box office.
The box office is open 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday and on Saturdays from 10am to 1pm.
Alternatively, you can go on-line at www.thurrock.gov.uk/theatre any time of the day or night, where you can purchase up to nine tickets.
