AVELEY notched their second Isthmian North win under boss James Webster as they beat Hertford Town 3-1.
And the Millers had to come from behind to secure all three points at Parkside.
Charlie Ruff put the visitors in front after just three minutes, as he found a way past Rhys Madden.
But Webster's charges levelled 30 minutes later as Myles Keizer-Burrows netted on his Aveley debut.
And the Millers turned the game on its head just before the hour mark, as Keizer-Burrows doubled his and his new club's tally.
Hertford pushed for an equaliser, but the home defence stood strong and Aveley put the game out of sight late on.
George Doyle scored deep in stoppage time to allow Webster's side to travel to Witham Town on Friday with an important win under their belts.
Aveley: Madden, Malton, Woodward, Witherspoon, Keizer-Burrows, Dafter, Hogan (Bradford 71'), Doyle, Teniola (Watson 90'), L. Gard (F. Gard 59'), Marah
