CONCORD Rangers have completed the signing of Bertie Brayley.

The 28-year-old striker, who started his career with West Ham United, has opted to join the Ryman Premier League newcomers.

And Concord’s joint manager Danny Cowley is delighted to have brought Brayley to Thames Road.

“It’s an excellent signing for us and we’re really pleased,” said Cowley.

“We have a lot of good young and hungry players, but Bertie will bring in a little bit of experience of playing at a higher level which is what we need.”

Brayley has also played for Canvey Island, Grays Athletic and Chelmsford City, among others, in his career.
