The Tilbury North Road Flying Club race from Wetherby saw 105 birds liberated into a west north west wind.
In top spot were Bert, Mick and Gemma Fowle who timed in four arrivals to take 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th places with velocities of 1560, 1531, 1524 and 1520. Sid Jackson took 3rd & 6th spots on 1528 and 1495.
The club put up another good performance last week from Retford, when Sid Jackson took first in the West Essex Federation for the second consecutive week. The Fowle partnership took 2nd, 3rd and 4th places.
The race this week from Ripon is the Club Golden Ring race.
