Grays Athletic have signed Dagenham & Redbridge Defender, Anwar Uddin, on short term loan.
Uddin began his career at West Ham United, working his way up through their youth and reserve teams where he was captain.
In February 2002 decided to move to Sheffield Wednesday, then moving to Bristol Rovers the following summer, he was loaned out to Hereford United and Telford United, and was released by Bristol Rovers at the end of the season.
He then settled in the team Dagenham & Redbridge, positioning as a defender, where he became the captain of the team.
Also returning to Grays on short term loan is Tottenham goalkeeper Lee Butcher
