LANCASHIRE Police have confirmed there were no arrests after a drone flew over Southend United’s match at AFC Fylde.
The second half of the Shrimpers’ 2-1 defeat at Mill Farm was delayed in starting due to the incident which the stadium announcer confirmed as an illegal object flying above the stadium.
However, police have told the Echo no were arrests were made and no further action will be taken against anyone involved.
The spokesman also confirmed the matter had been dealt with by the club.
Southend United have been approached for comment.
