MARC Harrison has been appointed the new manager of Tilbury.
Joe Keith was sacked as manager of the Dockers following the 2-1 defeat to Bury Town yesterday.
And Tilbury have moved quickly to appoint Keith's replacement.
Harrison takes over at Chadfields just seven days after resigning as boss of Isthmian North high-flyers Basildon United.
And Harrison will be joined at Chadfields by Liam Wallace, who was also his assistant with the Bees.
Harrison and Wallace were in charge of the Tilbury under-16s two years ago and enjoyed success with Basildon Town in the Essex Olympian League before taking over at Basildon United.
Under Harrison and Wallace's guidance, the Bees won promotion from the Essex Senior League into the Isthmian North.
