DENEHOLM Primary School’s girls football team have kept up their winning habit.
The team, who were already crowned Essex champions, won the Outer London Championships.
They beat off competition from schools across Essex, Barking & Dagenham and Newham to claim the title.
The school will now compete in the south east regionals in March.
Teacher Greg Perry said: “The girls have conducted themselves brilliantly during these events. Not only are we representing Deneholm, but also the whole of Thurrock.
“We can’t wait to now compete at the South East regionals in March.”
