A CRACKDOWN aimed at saving lives by tackling drink driving on the A13 has been launched by police.
Run by Essex Police and the Casualty Reduction Board, the operation will target drink drivers along the length of the A13.
The road suffers from the highest number of people killed or seriously injured from road traffic collisions, with 58 recorded cases in 2008.
