THREE HGV lorries crashed on the Dartford Crossing this morning.
A spokesman for the Highways Agency confirmed the incident happened at 6.25am just in front of the toll booths.
A blue DAF lorry, a silver Volvo and a green Scania were involved in the crash.
One of the drivers was taken to hospital with injuries, the extent is unknown.
This led to lane one being closed for over and an hour.
There is currently very heavy traffic on the crossing leading to delays around Lakeside and the London-bound A13.
