A MAN accused of intimidating two witnesses faces trial.
John Taylor, 39, denied two counts of intimidation when he appeared at Basildon Crown Court on Friday.
Taylor is alleged to have shouted abuse and threats at the victims, who were witnesses in court proceedings, between July 27 and July 29.
Taylor, of Wingrove Drive, Purfleet, was released on conditional bail and will return to the court for trial in January.
The conditions are that he is not to contact prosecution witnesses or go to Riverview Flats in Purfleet.
