AN accident involving two cars and a lorry has caused long tailbacks on the A13 London bound.
Police were called to the accident between the A1089 and A1012 Stifford Clays Road, at 14.42pm after a blue Volvo lorry, a silver Vauxhall Corsa, and a blue Ford Fiesta were involved in a collision which left debris over the road.
Fire and ambulance crews also attended.
There were a couple of injuries, but no one has been seriously hurt.
The two cars are being removed from the road by a recovery lorry which has caused slow moving traffic.
There have also been reports of cars breaking down in the queues.
