JOHN Lawson's Circus comes to South Ockendon from Friday November 7.
Voted Best Small Circus in Great Britain in 2007, the circus is celebrating its 30th anniversary tour with a brand new production.
The show will be held in a heated big top at Belhus Park Leisure Centre field starting at 4.30pm and 7pm on Friday, 2pm and 5pm on Saturday, and 2pm on Sunday.
Among the attractions introduced by Ringmaster Attila Endresz will be western thrills and spills with The Nevadas, the tightrope with Miss Bori, stunt riding with BMX champion Laci, rola balancing from The Duo Antonio, the juggling skills of Henrick, Miss Claire-Marie with her sword and dagger balancing presentation, and acrobatics and contortions with a Rag Doll that comes to life.
Stratosphere will be high in the roof of the Big top with their Aerial Rocket, and there will also be fun and laughter from the Pinder clowns - from one of Britain's oldest circus families .
There will also be plate-spinning, corde lisse, audience participation, magic, and lots more.
Seats are £5 with a special offer of all seats being just £4 on Friday.
