The Orsett Classic and Vintage Show is an annual event with hundreds of custom cars, bikes, scooters, and trucks, alongside family-friendly entertainment and food.
Anyone wishing to comment must write to Thurrock Council's Licensing Department at New Road, Grays, RM17 6SL, by June 9.
It is an offence to make a false statement in connection with this application, with fines up to £5,000.
The application has been made under the Licensing Act 2003.
