A company has applied to increase the number of vehicles and trailers it operates from a site in Grays.
TDE Cargo, based in Borehamwood, has submitted a request to add four more goods vehicles and four more trailers to its existing licence.
The vehicles would be based at Transweld Commercial Services Limited, 5a Purfleet Works, London Road, Grays, Essex RM20 3NL.
Anyone who owns or occupies land near the operating centre and believes their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected can make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner within 21 days of the notice.
A copy must also be sent to the applicant.
