Get ready to level up your park picnic with our game-changing range of picky bits. This summer our chefs have ripped up the rulebook with new totally terrific tapas, antipasti and meze in our better-than-ever Collection Master Deli range – inspired by flavours from your favourite Mediterranean holidays.

Think Calamari with Chorizo, Tomato, Red Peppers & Chickpeas (£3.50), moreish Pinchos Skewers (£5) – giant Gordal olives hand-stuffed with Serrano ham and Iberico cheese – Patatas Bravas (£4), creamy Gigantes Beans (£3.50) and more.

Plus, we’ve upgraded the quality across the rest of our much-loved deli range, working with the very best producers across Spain, Italy and Greece so your M&S picnic favourites now taste even better.

Dip it like it's hot

It’s no secret that M&S is the go-to destination for iconic dips, and this summer is no different!

First up, we’ve reimagined the classic flavours of NYC in deliciously dunkable dip form. Our Hot Smoked Salmon & Dill Dip (£3.50) combines hot honey-roast Scottish smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers and gherkins, while our New York Deli Pastrami Dip (£3.50) is inspired by the classic Reuben sandwich, topped with beef pastrami and Emmental cheese. These can also be spread on your favourite bagels for an easy lunch!

Our Green Goddess Dip (£2.25) celebrates the flavours of one of social media’s hottest recipe trends, with avocado, vibrant herbs and soured cream. And if you loved our popular Mexican Layered Dip, you won’t want to miss our new Fully Loaded Indian Layered Dip (£4), with tandoori-spiced chickpeas, mango chutney and coriander chutney – it’s all the best bits of an Indian takeaway in a creamy layered dip.

More mouth-watering M&SH-ups! 

Take your tastebuds on an adventure this summer with our new “so-bonkers-they’re-brilliant” M&S food mashups (which we’ve lovingly christened ‘M&SH-UPs’ – see what we did there?). Inspired by the trend for fusion recipes on TikTok, our genius in-house chefs have let their imaginations run wild this summer to create 10 unmissable new dishes.

Hot on the heels of our new Chicken Tikka Masala Pasta, why not tikka look at our utterly delicious Collection Chicken Tikka Masala Pizza (£6) launching on 12th June – it’s topped with smoky masala sauce, mozzarella cheese, smoky marinated chicken tikka, roasted pickled red onions with a sachet of tangy mango chutney. Yum!

Or fancy snacking on all the flavours of your favourite pizza while watching the upcoming summer of sport? Then tuck in to our Smoky Pepperoni Pizza Combo Mix (£2.30) which uses tomato, cheese and classic pepperoni spices to evoke the taste of the Italian staple.

Munch, munch ... it's time for lunch!

Let’s face it – unbeatable lunch options are our bread and butter… Here are our top picks for eating al fresco or on the go.

First up it’s got to be our new limited-edition Katsu Sando (£4.50) – this must-try, Japanese-inspired sarnie features panko-breaded chicken, katsu mayo, sweet soy ketchup, pickled cabbage and carrot in between slices of fluffy brioche-style bread.

Or if a salad is more your bag, you can shake it till you make it with our crunchy Chicken Taco Shake-a-Salad (£5.75) which comes with a vibrant chipotle, lime & sour cream dressing. Or close your eyes and imagine you’re in Italy with our Caprese Pasta Shake-a-Salad (£5.50) with tomato, mozzarella and a lemon basil dressing.

Un-grill-ievable BBQ essentials

Up your grilling game this summer with our smokin’ hot flavour hacks, chef’s know-how and all the delicious barbecue food fixes you could dream of.

A burger is a barbecue non-negotiable and our new Fully Loaded Steak Burgers (£5) are a great place to start. These epic patties are made from hand-selected ground and sliced steak, with oak-smoked bone marrow for succulence.

Another of our clucking good M&SH-UPs, our Chicken Caesar Kebabs (£10) are the iconic salad in kebab form! With marinated British chicken breast which you drizzle with a creamy Caesar dressing and shaved parmesan, these skewers are ideal for grill lovers who fancy something a bit different!

And fans of fish need look no further than our Chimichurri Albacore Tuna Skewers (£5) – tender, responsibility sourced wild-caught tuna, ready-skewered for ease, with a zingy, herby chimichurri dressing.

Get a slice of the action

After travelling the breadth of Italy and eating at 50 of the country’s top pizzerias, our expert M&S chefs were inspired to create our new top-of-the-range Collection wood-fired pizzas.

With hand-stretched bases made with a 30-hour slow-rising dough using Italian 00 flour, these authentic pizzas are then baked in our Italian wood oven to get our signature pillowy, charred crust with leopard spots.

Celebrating the best of British

Summer is the time for brilliant British produce, and we’ve got the pick of the crop.

Measuring an average of 45mm each, our 100% British, unique-to-M&S King Strawberries (£5) are the jewel in summer’s crown. They 're extra-large in size, have an exceptionally sweet, fragrant flavour and promise next-level juiciness.

But they’re not the only ‘big size, bigger flavour’ fruit we’re known for. At around twice the size of a regular raspberry, our enormous Collection Sapphire Raspberries (£3) are hand-picked just for M&S at their peak for the ultimate jammy, sweet burst of flavour in every one.

And for the biggest, most tender asparagus you’ll ever eat, it’s got to be our exclusive-to-M&S Collection King Asparagus (£5), grown in the Wye Valley by the fourth-generation farmers of the Chinn Family. We're also the first retailer to stock 100% British asparagus every year.

A ’99 with a flake just isn’t going to cut it this summer! Make sure your sundaes are extra chilled with our incredible new range of ice creams and maxed-out toppings.

Our Fully Loaded Tubs (£4) come in four irresistibly indulgent flavours – Trifle Caked Alaska, Top Of The Chocs, Nut Your Average and Movie Night Popcorn Flavour Ice Cream – each of which is jam-packed with tasty sauces and fillings, promising something gooey, crunchy, and saucy in every scoopful.

And make sure to take your scoops to the next level with our new Chocolate-Dipped Waffle Cones and Rainbow Waffle Cones (£2.50) as well as our flakey Chocolate Sticks (£2.50) and Meringue Sprinkles (£3) for topping!

Summer hasn’t officially begun until you’ve cracked open the rosé, and it’s no surprise that we sell a bottle every two seconds over the peak of summer!

New to our popular Found range featuring wines from off the beaten track, we have a gorgeously pale pink Found Susumaniello Rosé (£9). Made with the ancient Susumaniello grape grown in southern Italy’s beautiful Apulia region it has delicate notes of blood orange, wildflowers and tart red fruits, making it ideal with salami, mild cheeses or tomato pasta.

Or for something totally different, try our brand-new English Pet Nat Rosé (£15)!
