DELAYS are building as lanes are blocked on the M25 in south Essex this afternoon due to an "incident".
Two lanes are blocked on the motorway clockwise at the junction with the A13, in Thurrock.

This is due to an "incident", according to Essex County Council's traffic control.
Delays are increasing on the M25 clockwise between the junction with the A127 and junction 31, near Lakeside.
AA is currently reporting an average speed of 20 miles per hour.
