Drivers are facing slow traffic around Lakeside shopping centre amid "severe" delays after a crash on the M25.
Traffic is slow on routes around the centre and retail parks, in West Thurrock, including the A126 in both directions between A13 and London Road.
Congestion is also building on the A1306 eastbound between the M25 and Pilgrims Roundabout, London Road eastbound between Stonehouse Corner Roundabout and Devonshire Road, and the A13 London-bound approaching the M25.

This is after a "serious" crash on the M25 anticlockwise at junction 29 with the A127. The exit ramp is closed and there are severe delays on the motorway to back through the Dartford Tunnels.
All emergency services have been working at the scene.
