A woman has been banned from driving for half a year after the court heard she failed to hand evidence over to police.
Josephine Anyanwu, 71, of South End Road, Hornchurch, failed to give information to Essex Police's chief officer in Billericay relating to the identification of the driver of a Range Rover Sport who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence on January 9, Chelmsford Magistrates' Court heard.
The offence was proved via the single justice procedure on August 7 and Anyanwu was fined £660.
She must also pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £264 and costs of £90.
She has been banned from driving for six months.
