Huge billows of smoke are being seen by residents over a south Essex town after a large fire at industrial estate.
Due to a large fire at the Globe Industrial Estate in Grays a number of roads in the area have been closed.
Rectory Road, Overcliff Road and Towers Road are shut and Essex Travel News says further roads may be added to this list as emergency services tackle the blaze.

Residents reported hearing explosions as smoke has been billowing from the industrial estate and covering the town.

The smoke has been reported to be seen from as far as Chadwell.

Essex Fire and Rescue Service has confirmed firefighters are on the scene tackling the blaze.
