Grays woman was drunk and disorderly and attacked officers

Amadeusz Semczuk, 30, of Lewes Close, Grays, appeared in Southend Magistrates Court on October 15.

She faced a number of charges including being drunk and disorderly in a public place. On September 21 in Grays High Street, she was drunk and disorderly.

She was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £95 and costs of £145 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

She was also charged with assault by beating of an emergency worker, on the same day in Basildon she assaulted the officer.

For this matter a community order was made. The defendant must comply with the following requirements: rehabilitation activity requirement and carry out unpaid work for 150 hours within the next twelve months.

There was another charge of assault by beating of an emergency worker, again in Basildon on the same day when she attacked another police officer who was carrying out his duties.

She received another community order made and was ordered to complete rehabilitation Activity Requirement and Carry out unpaid work for 150 hours.

Finally she was in court for failing to surrender to police and a court bail at the appointed time. There was no separate penalty.
