Applications can be made for up to £4,000 and can be submitted until midnight on August 1, 2021.

Kristina Jackson, Thurrock CVS Chief Executive Officer, said “The Fund has had some additional funding this year allowing for a wider scope of priorities.

“Local funding is so important, not only for the organisations that receive the funding, but also the residents and communities they support.

“The panel is looking forward to receiving a lot of interest and would urge all local groups and organisations to check the criteria and make an application.”

The Community Fund is administered by Thurrock CVS on behalf of Thurrock Council and support is available to complete the application.
