Canoeing - Jack Barnes
A CHILDREN’S rights campaigner and his family from Thurrock will be canoeing from Liverpool to London for charity.
Jack Barnes will be voyaging along the canals on July 26 in aid of Little Havens Hospice.
Mr Barnes, a father-of-two, said: “The children and families that find themselves in the most devastating and indescribable circumstances rely on the unity, dedication and love of the fantastic staff of Little Havens Hospice, but this unfortunately comes with a huge financial cost.”
He will take on the challenge with partner Misty and two children aged eight and ten.
