A motorcyclist was injured in a hit and run crash in West Thurrock.
The collision happened in Arterial Road and involved a motorbike and white four-by-four.
Police say the car, which may have been a Mitsubishi Outlander, did not stop at the scene despite the motorcyclist suffering injuries.
It was seen driving off towards the B186 in Grays.
The driver of the car is described as white, in his 50s, and of large build.
Police are now appealing for anyone with information about the crash - which happened around 6.10pm on May 26 - to contact them.
