A MAN in his 30s has been arrested in connection with an assault at Festival Leisure Park in Basildon.
The attack outside the Unit 7 night club left a good samaritan unconscious in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The man in his 20s sustained a serious head injuiry.
A 30 year-old man from Laindon was arrested yesterday, on suspicion of GBH with intent.
He has been released on bail until June 24.

A spokesman from Essex Police, said: "We were called to reports of a man injured outside Unit 7 at around 2.30am on Sunday 30 May.
"It was reported the man, who is in his 20s, had been assaulted and had sustained a serious head injury.
"Anyone who has any information about the incident is asked to contact us on 101 quoting the crime reference number 42/101344/21.
