A south Essex major road will be shut in both directions this weekend - for a widening project.
The A13 will be closed between Orsett and Stanford-le-Hope for resurfacing and drainage works from Friday night until early Monday.
Work is underway to widen the A13 from two to three lanes in both directions between the A128, Orsett Cock roundabout, and the A1014, The Manorway, Stanford-le-Hope.
A spokesman for Thurrock Council said: "The A13 will be closed in both directions between Orsett and Stanford-le-Hope for resurfacing and drainage works from 9pm on February 19 until 5am on February 22.
"Non-local traffic should use alternative routes via A130, A127, M25."
When complete, the widened section will join with the existing 3-lane section of the A13, west of the A128, providing a continuous 3-lane road in both directions between the M25 and Stanford-le-Hope.
