Queues of traffic are forming this morning after a crash between a lorry and a car.
The crash, which happened around 6.15am today (January 8), took place between the Dartford Tunnel and the Thurrock junction (J31).
As a result, it partially blocked the M25 moving anticlockwise - however all lanes are now open.
All traffic was being held on the Kent side of the river before the tunnels, and delays remain back through the tunnel into Kent.
And the ambulance service say one patient was treated at the scene, before being transported to Basildon Hospital for further care.

A spokesperson from the ambulance service, said: "We were called to the M25 at West Thurrock at around 6.15am today following reports of a collision.
"Two ambulances attended and treated one patient at the scene before transporting them to Basildon and Thurrock Hospital for further assessment and care."
