Culture centre plans to expand and take over store
Plans have been drawn up for a culture centre to expand and take over a shop.
Tilbury Education and Cultural Association already operates from 159 St Chads Road and plans have been submitted for a change of use of the shop next door, known as Kushty - a fruit and vegetable general store and off-licence to similar use.
Plans submitted show additional meetings rooms and office space being created.
