A BEAUTY parlour has finally opened - nearly four months after it was scheduled to.
Spoilt Beauty, Body and Aesthetics was due to welcome its first customers back in April but those hopes were dashed by the coronavirus lockdown.
After getting the all clear from the Government, the salon in Market Hill, Coggeshall, was able to open for the first time last week.
Owner Trisha Philips said: “We had planned to open on August 1 as that was the date Boris said we could open so we got everything ready. But then we were told with less than 24 hours until opening we couldn’t perform facial treatments so we were really gutted.
“We decided we couldn’t postpone the opening anymore and took the plunge.
“Is there ever a good time to open a business?!
“There was a lot of buzz when we opened and people wanting to come in to look around.
“It was very exciting.”
Trisha says there is already a long waiting list for facial treatments but other services are available such as waxing and massages.
