A NEW three-storey building could be built on a busy Southampton high street should plans be approved by civic chiefs.
A application to redevelop a site on Shirley Road has been submitted to Southampton City Council.
The proposals detail plans for a three-storey building containing nine flats.
It would include three two-bed flats and six one-bed flats with parking and cycle and bin storage.
A decision is yet to be made on the plans by the City Council.
