'Scrubs team' - Reader Letter
A GROUP of Members of Thurrock University of the Third Age (U3A) led by Carol Benham have been very hard at work making 80 sets of scrubs plus 300 headbands and donating them to Basildon & Thurrock University Hospital while at the same time donating the sum of £2,200 to them.
As Chairperson of Thurrock U3A I would like to say a big thank you to the “Scrubs Team” and say how proud we are of the work they have achieved.
