HOUSEHOLDERS are being warned to expect long delays when visiting tips across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole as they reopen today.
BCP Council said queues from its Nuffield tip in Poole are already as far back as the Smyths Toy Superstore, which is around half a mile away.

Meanwhile, in Christchurch, people keen to get rid of their household waste have been waiting at the front of the queue for almost an hour for the tip to reopen.
The queue currently travels down Wilverley Road, Somerford Road and almost as far back as Somerford Roundabout.
The council closed its tips, or household recycling centres, at Wilverley Road in Christchurch, Millhams in Bournemouth and Nuffield in Poole in March after lockdown measures were brought in.
All three tips reopen today from 9am-6pm seven days a week.
