Maldon District Council have created a virtual tour of Maldon for those who are tempted to get in their cars and travel as the weather improves.
Under government advice, you can only leave your house for basic necessities such as food or medicine, for one form of exercise a day or to travel to and from work if you can't work from home.
Cllr Adrian Fluker, said: "As a responsible visitor destination, we want to ensure the safety of the people of the Maldon District and the visitors we welcome each year, but now is not the time to come in person, so we have created a short Virtual Tour to share with your friends and family.
"You should therefore adhere to what the Government has said and that is to avoid all unnecessary travel and to Stay at Home, Protect the NHS and Save Lives."
"We have already implemented a number of measures to protect everyone, and this has included closing the Promenade Park to vehicles.
"We look forward to welcoming you back in the future to explore our District and support our many tourism businesses who have had to close, but for now enjoy the short video and let’s all #staysafe."
