EAST Thurrock United’s scheduled encounter with Enfield Town has been postponed after the Grayers Graphics Stadium felt the effects of Storm Ciara.
The country was hit by winds of 80mph and one of the dugouts at Rocks’ home was struck down.
And the Isthmian Premier League club released a statement confirming tonight’s fixture will not go ahead.
The statement read: “Unfortunately, our Grayers Graphics Stadium didn’t escape the damaging storms of Sunday.
“One of our dugouts has been completely flattened and this is going to take some time to rebuild.
“After speaking to the Isthmian League, the scheduled Premier League game against Enfield Town has been postponed.”
