A DIY warehouse remains up for sale after it went unsold at auction.
The unit in Century Drive, Braintree, is currently leased by Wickes but has been listed on estate agents Barnard Marcus' website for several weeks.
It was due to go under the hammer on November 10 but with no offers made on the day, it remains available to buy for £6.5 million.
Wickes has been leasing the building, which is based on a 2.1 acre site, since 2010.
Barnard Marcus's website states the firm has an agreement in place which will see it occupy the warehouse until 2025.
However, the terms of the lease are due to be reviewed in June next year.
It is unclear whether the sale of the property will affect the deal.
Wickes has not responded to the Times request to comment on the matter.
